Changes to browser code etc. have meant that the last-created browser-version of the GRCh38 Synthetic Reads Generator (SyRGen) is no longer functioning.. With lack of take-up there is no incentive to maintain a working version. All source code is available at https://github.com/Replicon-genetics/rg_exploder_shared
